Perfect servo lock
This term may not be familiar to many people. It refers to one of the functions to stop the motor to be static. Nikki Denso achieved to keep the motor in completely static with in +/- 1 pulse.

The graph is showing the performance of linear NVA-AM. The speed fluctuation rate is only +/- 0.04% when it is running at very slow speed of 10mm/sec for 15 seconds. You will find that this specification is remarkable if you would compare it with the others.
Please notice the difference in the measurement condition between Nikki Denso and the others. The measuring speed in the most of case is same (around 1mm/sec.). The traveling time of the other companies, however, is shorter (about 5 to 10 sec.) than Nikki Denso, and mostly the load that the others are putting is much lighter (around 1Kg) than ours.
